Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our team: support@curafit.store

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Many of our customers report feeling a noticeable difference within the first few hours of wearing CuraFit. Our graduated compression is designed to support circulation throughout the day, which may help reduce the swelling and heavy feeling that often builds in the lower legs.

For best results, we recommend wearing CuraFit consistently during the day — particularly when standing, walking, travelling, or sitting for extended periods.

Are CuraFit compression socks difficult to put on?

Not at all. One of the most common frustrations with traditional compression socks is how stiff and difficult they can be to put on. CuraFit was designed with soft, flexible fabric that stretches comfortably, making them easy to slide on while still delivering effective compression.

Many of our customers are pleasantly surprised by how straightforward they are to wear compared to other brands.

Will CuraFit fit wide calves or swollen ankles?

Yes. CuraFit is designed to accommodate a wide range of calf sizes and leg shapes. The fabric stretches comfortably without digging into the skin, and the wide top band is designed to stay in place without leaving marks. Customers who have struggled with other compression socks often find CuraFit a much more comfortable fit.

Can I wear CuraFit all day?

Absolutely. CuraFit is designed for all-day comfort. The breathable, moisture-wicking fabric helps keep your legs feeling fresh whether you are working, walking, travelling, or relaxing at home. Many of our customers wear them throughout long shifts, flights, or busy days on their feet.

Who typically wears CuraFit compression socks?

CuraFit is popular among people who experience:

  • Leg swelling or puffiness
  • Tired or heavy legs
  • Long hours standing or sitting
  • Travel-related discomfort
  • Circulation concerns
  • Visible veins

They are also widely worn by nurses, teachers, retail workers, hospitality staff, and frequent travellers.

Can I wear CuraFit while travelling or on flights?

Yes — and we highly recommend it. Sitting for long periods can slow circulation and cause swelling in the legs. CuraFit's graduated compression helps support circulation while seated, keeping your legs feeling more comfortable throughout your journey.

Do the socks roll down during the day?

No. CuraFit features a wide, comfortable top band designed to stay securely in place without digging into the leg. Unlike many compression socks that slide down or create uncomfortable pressure points, CuraFit is built to remain in position all day long.

Will the socks leave marks on my legs?

CuraFit was specifically designed to minimise the deep marks that traditional compression socks can cause. The stretch fabric and wider top band distribute pressure more evenly, so the socks remain supportive without digging into the skin.

What if I've tried compression socks before and didn't get on with them?

You're not alone — many of our customers felt the same way. Traditional compression socks can feel stiff, restrictive, and difficult to put on. CuraFit was designed to solve exactly those problems, with softer fabric, flexible stretch, and a comfortable top band that stays in place without causing discomfort.

How do compression socks help with circulation?

Graduated compression socks apply the most pressure at the ankle, with the pressure gradually decreasing up the leg. This design helps propel blood back towards the heart, preventing it from pooling in the veins — which is particularly beneficial for people who stand or sit for long periods.

What level of compression do CuraFit socks provide?

CuraFit socks use 20–30 mmHg graduated compression, offering an effective balance of support and comfort without feeling overly tight. This level of compression provides consistent support from the ankle to the calf, making them suitable for all-day wear while helping to reduce swelling and discomfort.

What materials are CuraFit socks made from?

CuraFit socks are crafted from a premium blend of:

  • 65% Nylon
  • 35% Spandex

This combination delivers a soft, breathable feel with excellent durability, flexibility, and moisture-wicking properties to keep your feet dry and comfortable throughout the day.

How should I care for my CuraFit compression socks?

Our socks are built to last and can be washed repeatedly without losing their shape or effectiveness. Please follow these care instructions:

  • Wash in water below 40°C / 105°F
  • Turn the socks inside out before washing
  • Do not use bleach
  • Do not tumble dry

For best results, air dry your socks.

Does the foot size increase with larger calf sizes?

Yes. As the sizes increase, the foot bed also becomes proportionally larger. We understand that people with wider calves often have larger feet too, so our sizing is designed to ensure a comfortable and supportive fit across all sizes.

What if the size I ordered doesn't fit?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CuraFit socks. If the size isn't quite right, simply contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help.
